Signature Massage
Whether it’s stress, pain relief or relaxation, the therapist uses a combination of techniques to address your specific needs. The perfect choice for the first-time client. This personalized, soothing massage is ideal for promoting a sense of calm, increasing circulation and unwinding muscular tension and mental stress.

 30 minutes: $45

 60 minutes: $80

 90 minutes: $115

Hot Stone Massage
Heated Basalt stones and massage combined are shown to have a sedative effect as muscular tension and penetrating heat gently dissolve tension. Stones are placed on specific points of the body to release tension while the therapist massages other areas. A sense of well-being and increased circulation helps the therapist to work the deeper layers of muscle tissue.

 60 minutes: $80

 90 minutes: $115

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue massage focuses on all layers of muscle and connective tissue using slow, forceful strokes. This increase in blood flow to the tissue, along with increased blood flow helps return muscle tissues to healthier state.

 60 minutes: $90

 90 minutes: $130

Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient wellness therapy that targets specific points on the feet that correspond to specific body systems and organs. Massaging and activating these “reflex points’ helps to restore balance to the entire body. Reflexology induces relaxation for the entire body.

 60 minutes: $75

“Moms to Be” Massage
During pregnancy, massage is a perfect way to reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being. Massage can also help relieve backaches and minor discomforts often experienced during pregnancy. “Moms to Be” are kept in a side-lying position while pillows are positioned for comfort. Massage during pregnancy is quite safe but is not recommended until after the first trimester. Please consult your doctor before beginning any massage program.
